Maison Capital was founded on a simple observation: most real-estate investing is either too big to be accessible or too passive to perform. We built a platform that lets serious investors back individual properties — one at a time — alongside an experienced operator.
Every property is sourced, underwritten, financed, renovated, and operated by our team. We invest our own capital alongside yours, and we earn only when rent comes in.

Our model is simple: we find undervalued assets in supply-constrained neighbourhoods, add value through design-led renovation, and hold for long-term income. Every property is a standalone SPV with its own accounts, its own lease, and its own investor pool.
We publish full financials — purchase price, renovation budget, rental comparables, exit assumptions — before any capital is called. Transparency is not a marketing line; it is the structure of the deal.
