Where the asset benefits, our team manages a fixed-budget refurbishment with weekly progress updates.

We rent & report

Long-term tenants placed by our property managers. You receive your share of net rent every quarter and KPI updates monthly.

Fees, in plain English

  • Entry/Exit fee (typically 2%) — charged once on the amount you invest. Covers acquisition and structuring.
  • Management fee (10%) — charged as a percentage of rental income. We only earn when rent is collected.
  • Payouts — distributed on a quarterly basis directly to your account.
  • No hidden fees — no performance fees on appreciation.
